Betrayal

Evening Crockers -

I recently had my heart broken. Not by what or who you'd think. I just wanted to share what happened to try to express my feelings.

The other day, my roommate broke it to me that she had never seen my croc blog. My suitemate laughed along with her and said that she had also never read it. This blog is a core part of my existence. My blog is a part of me, my crocs are essential to my character, and these two people are some of my best friends.

So you can imagine how I felt as they laughed about this in my face. And you can't even picture what my heart looked like when I even told one of them where the link was and she looked for 5 seconds, then continued on to look at snapchat stories. It sort of felt like betrayal, especially when it sounded like neither of them planned on actually ever reading it.

I work hard to produce the content I give you, whenever I can. I frequently talk about my blog in my daily life. Odds are, if someone has known me for more than 30 minutes, they are aware that I have a croc blog. And if they took the five minutes to click on the link, they would realize the quality I try to give you. Only the best for my fans.

I love you all, but right now I am unable to wear my crocs because I know they won't make me feel the same way for a little while.
