That's right! We're back with another Croctober post, and boy is there a lot to update on.
First off, Binghamton University continues to amaze me with the lovely community of supportive croc wearers. It's inspiring, especially Hughes Hall (see pic collage below). National Croc day was celebrated in full force, with many displaying jibbitz galore and crocs of many colors. It was beautiful.
Second point to make is that it has officially gotten to the point, in my professional opinion, where to be comfortable, socks with crocs are important. I'm sure foot tolerances change person to person; however, at the first light snowfall in Binghamton, I knew that with my poor foot circulation, socks from this point forward were necessary. I'm curious when this occurs for other people. Do you ever wear crocs with socks? Do you always wear socks with crocs? At what point in the year is it necessary for you to wear socks when going out in crocs? Please answer in the comments below.
Thirdly, I got new jibbitz. This moment was bittersweet, considering this was not the first time I had ordered these jibbitz. In the summer of 2016, I ordered 3D crocodile jibbitz and I loved them, but by the end of the summer, every one of those jibbitz had been lost, with the exception of the body of the green crocodile. I was novice at that point, so I now know how to take better care of my jibz. I will not let this tragedy happen again. They add a new flair to my crocs, and they were well worth the $8 I spent on them.
Croctober is coming to an end, but what a fun month it was! Feel free to comment any ideas you might have for my next posts, and if you want to guest blog, definitely reach out!
Croc on everybody :)
